Poor quality of office and school supplies

The box looked good. When I inserted the file storage rods, it didn't hold the files. The inner straps that are supposed to hold the files need to be stronger.

Well designed and well finished

To insert wires into plastic parts you need a hammer. Be careful not to break the parts. Otherwise, the box held several file hangers perfectly.

The metal bars are too thin to hold files

The file box itself is strong and beautiful BUT the metal bars you can hang folders on will NOT hold files - they are thin and sag and I have not much in there files. I threw away the packaging and contents so I cannot return it. In addition, the description does NOT indicate the weight it will withstand. That's a waste of money. Now I need to find a way to attach the metal bars so they will hold. It should come with two extra clips to hold the side rails in place. Don't waste money.

I'm a girl who stabbed herself trying to piece this together.

When I tell you this event is trying to piece it together. Opening the box, inserting the bottom isn't difficult, but trying to get the little metal guides into the corner pieces - folks. Just in case, make sure to update your tdap. It wasn't a deep wound, just a tear in the skin, but still. Something so simple in design shouldn't be so complicated. I almost gave up thinking the pieces were the wrong size, but being a stubborn little nerd I gave it another try. Thought of using a hammer but…
