Gave this to my 4 year old grandson for Christmas. The tablet stopped working 2 weeks into my return window. I attempted to return it to Revain as it was defective and was told to contact the manufacturer now as my return window has expired. So let's go. Seems like a lot of hassle to try and find a replacement for a faulty one. Just stopped working. I'm out of money and my grandson doesn't have a favorite tablet. They could have at least given us credit to buy a Fire tablet. Don't worry about that. UPDATE 5/6/21 - Still trying to contact the manufacturer. Your website is not secure and you cannot access it. only give me email Emailed them hoping to get a phone number to speak to a support rep. Not even Revane could get me the information. It wasn't cheap and shouldn't stop working after a month. I wouldn't bother with this tablet as it seems they don't endorse their product.
