The size matches. They fit perfectly. The socks give me good but not too much compression and are very comfortable. A real plus for me is the roomy toe design so toes don't feel cramped or pinched. There was an obvious effort to loosen up the toe box and then the compression starts in the midfoot and distributes well across the toe and doesn't compress on top (my upper calf isn't skinny). And I also like that they don't leave too much on the skin. I can't believe what a difference! I feel a big difference when I wear them, especially after standing for hours. They really helped me get rid of the discomfort in my feet and I sleep much better at night wearing these socks all day. I feel my legs 10 years younger! I would recommend them to anyone who costs a lot or suffers from fatigue or pain in their legs and feet.
