I like how easy it was to install, setup, integrate with my existing platform (Salesforce). The customer support team has been great! They have helped me figure out some of our specific needs for customizations around their product as well as helping us understand what we need next when using this tool within SalesForce integration points. There are still things they could do better such as allowing more customization options or adding additional fields but overall very pleased so far. We can track all sales activity from App store/Google play directly into one place which helps manage inventory while also providing data insights throughout each stage of development process thus improving efficiency across multiple teams involved in creating apps.
