Great headset! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, the speaker is solid and robust, the microphone is much better than my previous headset. Most of my employer's bosses bought their own headsets so we don't have to share dirty headsets, and everyone's a little jealous of me! The original reason for buying this model was to have a headset that 1. allows me to hide the cable well so it looks clean and 2. it doesn't let me rip out the earbud every five minutes - my old headset cable could It's hidden but big, the old loop between the microphone and the listener was still there all the time. No longer! The only downside is that the tight earbud is a bit uncomfortable.
