Before that I had a small pressure washer with gun that my dad bought in Griot's garage in the 80's that ended up falling apart. I mainly use it to clean race cars and car parts before taking them to the store. I hook it up to a full size commercial air compressor that runs over 100psi and I have an external hot water line that I use for this job. So far I'm very happy with them. My old shotgun had an air/water inlet in the grip and the air was opened by a screw valve on the back of the unit (which ended up falling apart). Connecting was a bit painful. It seems to be using more water per minute, but the spray pattern I can get and the higher flow means I usually finish a job a lot quicker, so overall I think it's a net gain. The thermal sleeve on the attachment is a nice touch, although the entire unit is light enough to be operated with one hand.
