Review on Enhanced Home Entertainment: Sony DVP-SR510 DVD Player with HDMI Port and NeeGo Slim HDMI Cable by Michael Radhakrishnan
This DVD player does not respond well to the remote control.
The remote control was very complex and only came with a general sketch that didn't explain what each button did. When I called Sony they charged $5 for tech support. Even with fresh batteries, the remote control had a mind of its own. If I clicked "Episodes" it would go to Features. When I pressed play all it switched to something else. Sony is no longer for me. The worst was when I tried to get more specific recommendations and couldn't find anything online. I'm not willing to pay for tech support for a new DVD player.
