Good even weight, good overall feel BUT the main downside is the handle. Not an ideal product if the handle rotates when you apply pressure while moving in different directions. . It doesn't make sense that it won't be a continuous piece. You will not unscrew it to wash and disinfect. so what's the point? Keep it steady (we know wood is a "cool to the touch" handle, but crappy little screws? C'mon, you can do better.
