Seems to work but unreliable
For a DVD recorder that is far from the cheapest on the market, the lack of reliability was shocking. Most of the time it worked with single layer DVD+/-R discs, but sometimes it failed - sometimes it didn't even recognize a new disc. Most of the time it didn't work with dual layer DVD+R discs, but sometimes it did. Overall not much better than half price DVD recorders. I consider Lightscribe as an advertisement and has no value.
