Who doesn't love cool, fun and flexible fans?

It took me a while to write this review as I originally bought this for my child. I could buy a regular fan, but I didn't want her tiny fingers getting stuck in the fan blades, so I wanted a safer portable fan for her. I waited for the HEAT wave to really test this product. If you live in the US, this week has been really hot. In some states the temperature reached 110! Crazy! So yes, I've put the fan on her stroller, in her car, in her shopping cart, on her arm, or on her desk. I couldn't be happier! Really great invention. All blades are locked so small hands cannot touch the blades. When it's on, it has three modes: slow, medium, and super-fast. It's still quite refreshing and powerful, even for a tiny bit. It's fairly strong, flexible, and pliable. I like that I can just install and forget about it. It's not as loud on level 1 and louder on level 2, but honestly I don't hear it that much when other noises are in the background. But there's no way I can keep it still. If you're in your car, you probably won't notice the noise. We forgot the fan in the car while we went shopping and didn't find out until I put the baby back in the car seat. So this should give you an indication of the noise level. I think you can only hear it when you are at home and very quiet. I think the best part is how cool it looks because it really doesn't look like a fan. I got a lot of compliments and asked where I got this from. I made a video so you can hear the noise level.
