This is actually an N-Group jack The N-Group part number for the 5MT jack is ST4100055200; D1010FE020 is listed on parts.subaru.com as an alternate/replacement number. Suitable for almost all Subaru 5MT transmissions. Other transmission mount bushings you will need are ST410224S030 which are Group n cross member bushings. On another car I have installed the Cartboy version of the cross member bushings and the factory N groups are much nicer. They're not as stiff as go-karts, but they have a raised lip like standard Subaru. shifted. I have installed this mount on both an Impreza 02 and an Outback 02. I also installed a short Cobb shifter on both machines. The NVH has definitely increased even though I changed the engine and transmission mounts immediately, so I can't comment on the impact of that mount alone.
