Not as advertised! Families, watch out! We only tested iron and arsenic for this filter, we also need to test E. coli because we got a positive result at the wellhead. So now we need to see if it is positive after this filter. Now before the filter we have iron at 1.69 mg/l and after that - 0.581 mg/l so that helps the iron which is good for our white tanks. However! Our arsenic was previously 14.3 µg/L and 12.4 µg/L! The EPA states that arsenic should be below 10, but zero is highly recommended! For a filter that should keep you sane, dropping from 14.3 to 12.4 isn't right. I bet our post-filter coliform test is positive too. This filter is ONLY good for iron.
