Give it 1 star. And we are waiting for a replacement. My wife. There is. This role is for me. And it was something I was very happy to receive and use. Unfortunately, my first experience was terrible. I've always used a tape measure, measured my item, and then had the tape rewind. The strap was a very thin metal and after only a couple of wraps I noticed that it was bent at the rivet. where the hook is attached at the end. After one more step and rolling back, the metal actually cracked the rivet. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until a jagged hole in the metal ripped my thumb off. Definitely not happy. If the replacement is that cheap I will return it and just ask for a refund.
