Review on πŸ₯” Eppicotispai Natural Beechwood Gnocchi Stripper: Quick and Efficient Paddle for Homemade Delights by Mikey Somerville

big failure. at least initially!

This little device does its job quite well, although it's a bit small for my huge, hairless, fire-scorched hands. My biggest complaint with most handheld devices is that the handle is always too small. The angle of this board is designed to help keep it at the right angle while gnocchi riding. I wanted to try an angled cut to see if it was easier to toss gnocchi onto parchment when making large batches. The angle allowed for less falling and damage when finely cooking dumplings, but as far as the stability of the board during production is concerned, it behaves the same as a board without a corner. Big failure. At least at the beginning! a grip that made the angle work perfectly with my monstrous gloves. See photo! Avoid the silly wand options as they're just a way to get a few extra bucks out of you. There is no substitute for your fingers. This board is big enough now with my newfound grip that I don't see the need for a bigger board. You can only roll one gnocchi at a time, and this smaller board takes up less room in my utensil drawer.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor problems
