Just does the job well. Buy this.

Perfect size and build. It's not handcrafted, but it doesn't feel like it's entirely factory made. The surface is smooth and without defects. For $6.50 you won't find anything better.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No engine

Thought I'd buy a dowel rod too

Excellent paddle. I didn't give 5 stars because I bought several for family members to learn how to make dumplings. I figured I'd grab a dowel rod to make small penne. There is no way to contact the seller to inquire. The list was opaque I think. You only get one dumpling paddle.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Annoying

You never knew you needed it, see review

Went to a pasta class and bought this and an ATLAS pasta machine the next day. Mix semolina flour with water, mix, leave in the fridge so that it hardens a little. Cut it into a small square and use it and your thumb to make the perfect paste. $12 for flour and a few bucks for it and you'll regret not doing it sooner. hard and you made the dough right.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • Some little things

big failure. at least initially!

This little device does its job quite well, although it's a bit small for my huge, hairless, fire-scorched hands. My biggest complaint with most handheld devices is that the handle is always too small. The angle of this board is designed to help keep it at the right angle while gnocchi riding. I wanted to try an angled cut to see if it was easier to toss gnocchi onto parchment when making large batches. The angle allowed for less falling and damage when finely cooking dumplings, but as far as…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor problems
