I really enjoy using this program, it has been very beneficial for our business! It’s so much easier than other tools we used in the past which was very inefficient. The customer support also is fantastic! They are always willing to help you if there is an issue or question that arises during the day to day use of the software. Sometimes when working remotely it can be challenging to get assistance at times but overall everything runs smoothly! Not all aspects of the product seem like they need improvement however it could do with some visual updates as well as better descriptions of features/benefits within each section that may not be obvious otherwise. Great tool for my team who handles many large accounts across multiple industries! We were able to set up rules quickly and keep track of what tasks are being completed by my team members without having to constantly check on them throughout the week.
