I was skeptical, price is so cheap, but I have pets. I was having company and my elderly cat, rest her soul - also not the cat in the pics, basically lived the end of her days on my dining chairs. needless to say with company coming I needed something quick. I ordered covers from SureFit and then also these. Long story short the color of the covers from SureFit we’re perfect! The covers themselves, not so much. The price. OMG. So I lost $50 (still getting a substantial refund) by deciding to return them). The money lost is S&H and restocking fee. don’t get me started. Win some lose some. Probably won’t order from SureFit ever again.Anyway, these are NOT chocolate brown. Not even close. I have included lots of pics so you can see for yourself. These are eggplant, wine, purple you get the idea. They are not chocolate brown, I repeat, not chocolate brown. I have pets so I have other chocolate brown covers on furniture in my living room - these covers are in the pics. Both are chocolate brown but because they are two different types of material they have a slightly different color. Doesn’t matter. Those covers come off when company comes over. Dining room chairs covers do not. I also have chocolate brown recliners, also in the photos. Since my living room and dining room are connected actual chocolate brown would have been fine. But eggplant doesn’t go well with burgundy, chocolate brown, beige, mustard and cream. All of the colors of my current living/dining room area.That being said, it’s ashame because I love them and they don’t match anything in my house. If they were more reddish I could "suffer” but they really are in the purple color family. One pic is the cover next to one of my purple hand towels. Anyway since I needed covers and had no time to keep trying for the right color they are on my chairs. The company came and went. Dinner was great the company had nice, clean - cat fur free, chairs to sit on. We ate in low light so no one noticed the covers match nothing in my house. HahaAll that being said, covers fit great (we measured our chairs to confirm they would fit - I recommend you do the same if you move forward with a purchase) they are super easy to put on. They are very nice for the cost. Will they last? Time will tell. Even if not they weren’t expensive and saved my butt in a jam! I would have given 5 stars if the color was what it said it was. if I didn’t need then as fast as I did I would have returned then for a more appropriate color for my house.
