The platform is easy to use and allows for multiple users to be able to access the same data set. It helps us to easily track where we are in our projects and what needs to be done next. It's very helpful to have all of your reports centralized in one spot instead of being scattered around different systems. I think they could add more features and maybe even change some functionality. They could do a better job at communicating with customers and helping them understand how their data sets are being used. Using this tool has allowed us to easily track our projects and make sure we're doing everything correctly.
