Review on Insala Coaching by Ken Hamdan

I like the ability to have a database of all my clients with their coaching history. The user interface is not as intuitive as I'd like. I have to keep clicking to get to the next step. Also, the training is not as thorough as I'd like. I would like to be able to customize some things. I also wish that Insala would allow me to use a different database than the one that they provide to us. I'm trying to get a better picture of my clients' progress. It's been helpful to see how they're progressing over time.
