Too much space between the bottom shell that holds the fruit and the top shell that crushes it. About a quarter of the juice ran off the walls onto the counter, with a little more pooling on top of the squeezed rind (I don't know how that's possible, and yet a bunch will remain unpressed if the rind isn't thick enough to seal it fill the gap between top and bottom.This device ended up in the bin after one use.
