1. On the Toyo website, tires are positioned as rain tires, which is true. At a speed of 110 km / h, they drive well in a downpour, you have to overtake inexperienced drivers, which is inconvenient in a downpour ((. But naturally, when the tread is normal, as it wears to a minimum, you already need to slow down and give way to brave ones with new tires)). 2. When I installed these tires, I was surprised that the track felt much weaker, compared to, for example, winter Toyo Observe Garet Giz or previous Continental. 3. Treadwear 280. The Continental ContiPremiumContact5 also has 280, but they all wore out after 35,000 miles, even though I swapped front and rear for even wear. I decided not to change the T1R, but to kill the front ones, then buy 2 new ones, put them back, and the rear ones on the front. As a result, also for 2 seasons and 35 thousand mileage, another 2 millimeters remained on the front ones, and the rear ones look very decent, not far from the new ones. Although comrades tell how their tread lasts for 150 thousand, in comparison with this, of course, Toyo and all the other brands that I personally exploited are not ale at all. But in my entire life, I could not squeeze out more than my norm in a couple of seasons on any rubber. And as a rule, I operate only branded companies: Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Toyota. And for me, stories about such wear resistance seem like a miracle of miracles. 4. I read before buying that noisy tires. So, when driving up to 110, this is nonsense. Quite quiet tires, no worse than my previous Continental and for example Michelin Primacy HP. To summarize: here they complain about this rubber: not wear-resistant, it breaks out of the blue, etc. and so on. I will not speak for all sizes, but 215/55/16 on 5+ corresponds to the title of "good tires". And in order to avoid hernias and not tear out of the blue, it is necessary to go around the pits on the roads, and not fly over them as if with diarrhea, slow down in front of speed bumps and, when parking, do not touch curbs and other protruding objects. Peace for everyone!
