Very difficult to progress, but the most important thing is this.
Very hard to hit but most importantly it won't work if your door is close to the ground (I assume you need at least an inch of room for it to slide across the ground to slow down) . In my case it is stuck and the door doesn't move at all! Unfortunately I can no longer return as I have exceeded the "return window" 1 day. :(
