FINENIC Review: Frustrating Online Store My online purchasing experience with FINENIC was frustrating, and I will not be back. Even though they offer a large variety of infant supplies, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the ones I needed.
After a long search, I was able to locate the items I was looking for, however my transaction was delayed due to problems with their payment processing system. The company's lack of customer care left me feeling irritated and disillusioned, despite my many contacts with customer service in an attempt to resolve my issue. FINENIC may sell some high-quality items for infants, but their website leaves much to be desired. If you are a parent looking for an easy and intuitive internet buying experience, I would not suggest this firm.
