When I was looking for a humidifier for my son's hermit crabs this seemed like a great find and idea. And after setting it up and putting it into operation, it ran like clockwork for the first 48 hours. It was around this time that I started noticing problems. It turned off and didn't work when the humidity dropped to 40%. (Mine is set at 75-85% to allow crabs to breathe) - Dry Burn Light is blinking. whenever it is activated. - Small touch buttons to control, only register when I touch them, about 1 out of 6-8 tries. I expected more for the money. I've seen others having similar problems recently, and some have had near-fatal problems with plants and other living things. Even better, I tried going to the website listed by Amazon for Wacool, I think that's where they came up with. Because I only see other items like snorkels and camel bags. I don't think I can contact Wacool directly.
