Well I'd say if this thing sweeps it does its job well. Each brush head has 3 brushes instead of one like Sharp Robot vacuums. This makes it very efficient at capturing more dirt on the floor. However, when you first plug it in and it starts speaking, it sounds like it's all in Japanese. But I have a feeling it's actually Chinese. Therefore, you may not necessarily be able to understand what he is trying to tell you if you do not speak the language. It works fairly well and is faster than my sharp robot vacuums, but it can't handle long-grain carpets. You might find this a little discouraging. Whenever I attach the mop head it throws some kind of error and doesn't work. It'll start up like it's moving, and then it'll say something and go back to the dock. There's nothing in the manual that even remotely mentions a mop, doesn't even say the mop head is one of its parts, and gives no instructions on how to use the mop (even though it does admit that the mop was a mop there). . Unfortunately, I was not able to use this function. Emptying the bin is easy and it's not a big sweeper. I didn't even try to install the app. Maybe it's the missing link to make the mop work. However, if he only speaks a foreign language with an English speaker, there is no way to set up Wi-Fi to connect to him to change languages. I dont know what to think. I can say this is a good sweeper if that's what you're looking for.
