The audio is intermittent and the device is difficult to set up

I hooked it up to my Ubuntu Linux laptop and plugged in my new Air Pods Pro with no problems but the audio was very intermittent. I tried to install it on my Windows 10 but it failed to set up properly. Panda tech support blamed the computer, but I found an article online on how to fix a driver misconfiguration. After all this, an intermittent useless noise from a very short distance. The specs say 60 feet, but I couldn't use it two feet from my laptop or desktop. I returned them and need to find another Linux/Windows compatible solution.
