Cons: Faceplate didn't fit although the radio fitted although the radio fitted perfectly. The screws that came with it were too small so I used the ones that came with the radio. The directions were vague and not very helpful. The Good: The wiring harness worked great and the side brackets fit the radio snugly, and with a couple of my own mods it looked pretty good. Generally this works if you just need some wiring. Be patient and use a little common sense and you can deal with the lack of direction.
