I'm impressed with this little thing. Pressure out of the box just right. The steam wand is a powerful jet engine. Heats up fairly quickly for its class. Cons: The steamer wand doesn't tilt forward far enough to put a jug of milk underneath without spilling it, so I have to flip it sideways over the sink and then forward again. With the initial explosion of the jet engine, the vapor pressure drops rapidly, making multiple drinks with milk or lots of milk at the same time a problem. The wand tip needs an update. A hole combined with strong initial pressure makes it difficult to obtain microfoam. The steam knob requires many turns to fully open and close. The gasket is too tight on my aftermarket VST baskets, causing the shims to not seat.
