Not in the worst condition but I bought this item new. For 800 I expect no less than what I pay for. This item has clearly been used, dusty, dirty, scratched on front, box broken from repackaging. I had the same problem with their grinder. Very disappointed as a first time espresso customer.

I'm impressed with this little thing. Pressure out of the box just right. The steam wand is a powerful jet engine. Heats up fairly quickly for its class. Cons: The steamer wand doesn't tilt forward far enough to put a jug of milk underneath without spilling it, so I have to flip it sideways over the sink and then forward again.
