I like that it has both an online version as well as one you can use offline via mobile devices or laptops/computers. It gives me access from anywhere which allows for constant communication with my employees during their shifts at work. The program interface could be better if things were not so cluttered up - sometimes there are multiple pages of information visible when only what's relevant needs to seen should appear. For us this helps keep track of all our children in different activities throughout the week without having stacks upon piles of paperwork everywhere that we need to look through while trying to do something else. We also have been able to set alerts whenever any child enters or leaves certain rooms allowing for immediate response if needed. The ease of use - this program has been one I have used for many years now with different clients in my business over that time span as well! One thing we realized quickly was how easy it can be when you are first getting started but yet there's always something new out so don't get complacent just because things seem "easy" at times like they were back then (we're talking about 2yrs ago). But once again- great software which allows us all our needs without constant assistance or help from someone else!
