I award 4 stars because the 1st product was lost, reordered the 2nd arrived. The product was unsealed, an open box plus an open tube, and it wasn't sealed either. In this day and age everything is sealed. Very disappointed. On the other hand, this cream is very good, my heels are soft and the few cracks I had are gone. So I leave the foot cream. However, an open product requires attention. For the price it's pretty cool. Should arrive in perfect condition. I really hope the product manager reads this comment and does something about it.
