I don't know why my heels are really cracked and I've tried TONS of lotions, creams and pure petroleum jelly - both expensive and expensive available . It worked wonders! I put it on my feet in the morning and leave it in my socks all day and my feet are so soft. I use it every other day as needed. The smell is a bit strong but it doesn't matter if you wear socks and it works great!

I love this foot balm! I am an avid user of foot creams/balms as I need soft, beautiful feet. I live in the south, often wear sandals. This piece is one of the best I've used in years! A little enough, the legs are so soft, not greasy. I use several This Works products (the dry foot oil is phenomenal!). Definitely a great buy.

This is a gift for my mother who had cracked heels and palms. She said it helped her get rid of the pain in her heels and palms.

This is the only product that takes care of my husband's dry, cracked heels. This is at least our third pipe. I have advised others to buy and also sent my son a tube.

I award 4 stars because the 1st product was lost, reordered the 2nd arrived. The product was unsealed, an open box plus an open tube, and it wasn't sealed either. In this day and age everything is sealed. Very disappointed. On the other hand, this cream is very good, my heels are soft and the few cracks I had are gone. So I leave the foot cream. However, an open product requires attention. For the price it's pretty cool. Should arrive in perfect condition. I really hope the product manager…

I've been using this product for over a year. When applied to heels at night it definitely makes a difference compared to flaky, dry, cracked skin. It doesn't feel soothing or soft, but looking at the results, it is. The smell isn't the most pleasant, but the result is worth it.
