This is a fun and inexpensive lens if you want to experiment with fisheye. Clarity is good, as is decent glass, and I got some decently sharp shots. Remember that you have to shoot in manual mode! I've read so many reviews where users say "it doesn't work". This is because you need to put the camera in manual mode. Focusing on this lens is minimal. You will hardly notice a difference when moving the focus ring. I just set it to infinity and set my aperture to around f/5.6 for most of my shots and they turned out great. You can adjust the shutter speed as needed. I don't like the tulip hood at all. It's practically useless except for attaching it to the lens cap. I'm actually going to glue the two pieces together to use as a lens cap. That small detail aside, I think it's of great value if you're not ready to dive into your retirement to buy an expensive fisheye lens.
