Lasts ONLY a few years

We have been using this pasta maker for a number of years and are happy with it. However, today we have problems with winding the dough on the rollers. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that both plastic scrapers on the rollers were broken. Also, spare parts are not available online; If someone stocks them, it'll cost around $25-$30 for 2. A brand new identical manufacturer is currently around $43. Basically we have to throw out the old manufacturer. Further research shows that this is a very common problem among Imperia and Cocina 150 manufacturers. So if you buy one of these, be prepared to throw away your investment after a few years of use. Don't buy too many extra cutter heads (like I did) if they won't fit in a possible replacement. What a sad state!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Was damaged
