I like that we can track customer sentiment at all times for any product or service offered by our organization via Facebook Messenger bot using an application called Slackbot with this toolkit! The most difficult part is training personnel who will be communicating regularly (daily/multiple time per day) through slack chat platform. We are able solve multiple problems which range from tracking customers engagement within messaging platforms - ecommerce website pages etc., providing analytics reports back into dashboard so they could act upon them accordingly along ensuring good conversion rates have been achieved since launching last year!!
