The easy-to use interface makes it simple for our congregation of several thousand parishioners every Sunday morning to log in with one screen open at all times so that we're not asking someone new into a busy office each time they need access. As this is quite large scale, some aspects may get overlooked as there are lots of us trying to maintain things manually - but still have benefits from automation. We would like more customisable options around how people sign up/enrol if necessary to accommodate special needs such a disabled or elderly person accessing online services etc.. I can see lots of opportunities where automated data collection could be used to drive future strategy (such as improving outreach through volunteer management). Our main issue has been ensuring effective contact between church staff & community groups during events which also helps them keep records of who has come along via their own website etc. I like that we can create different types of reports for our clients. It is also easy to customize the layout of the report as well. Sometimes it takes a while to load when you are using the system in a public area. We have been able to use this software to keep track of who has signed up for events and how many people attended each event. This has helped us with keeping up with fundraising efforts and tracking volunteer hours.
