A bit weak but I suspect many have this design. I've used this thing over 50 times and it's still very strong; no leaks, sharp and consistent. A word of caution: Watch a video for proper procedure and placement of the puncture tube tip; and unless you are in a professional environment with appropriate explosion-proof equipment and ventilation specifically designed for heavier-than-air gases (such as an exhaust table), ALWAYS. ALWAYS S. Use outdoors and away from open flames, sparks, static electricity, or devices that may turn on automatically. Failure to effectively pierce the refrigerant/solvent poses a serious risk to health and life. Closing, piercing, and clamping/securing the gas cylinder must be done in one careful, quick, and precise motion to ensure minimal (if any) gas leakage and ensure safe use. It also decreases your chances of appearing on the evening news or becoming a Richard Pryor meme.
