Anyone can easily disable or remove it. It has a clamp to hold it in place.

Maybe something for a do-it-yourselfer? Definitely not suitable for industry. It's not as secure as it should be. It's more like the attachment point of a Lock Out Tag Out warning card. I'm not sure if he will keep the lock. Anyone can easily disable or remove it. It has a clip to grab the switch. The point you tighten can be tightened with a screwdriver, but this set screw is plastic and can't handle that much torque to securely fasten it, you have to tighten it almost finger tight.
