I have tried a dozen different cloth masks styles, and these are my favorite so far. They are not as hot or muffled as other masks because there is a central seam that keeps the cloth off your lips. The nose clip also helps it from sliding. Good value. These are definitely adult sized. My face is smaller than my husband's and they fit both of us well, so the shape of the mask is key to getting it to fit without smothering. There is no pocket for an extra filter, but they are 3-layered and wash well (I use a lingerie bag and launder these on hot). I have used & washed them 3 times and they look like new.
