4 degree increments for kitchen and dining room
There was no guide to deciphering the temperature. Which color means what? Two columns have colors: dark blue and color from green to yellow. There are no reading instructions at all in the box or on the Revain list. I was able to get help from the Kombucha group. The 4 degree interval is too big to buy in my opinion. I would recognize that from the ambient air. On the positive side, they hold up well and I like the horizontal arrangement. Hand washing the container seems like it will last a long time.
