Review on πŸ—οΈ 1 Gallon White EPDM Rubber Roof Coating - Dicor RPCRC1 by Richard Counts

Worked and looked great initially but burst after 3 days due to some rain?

I used this two piece product on my 22ft RV in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I worked very hard on the whole preparation. work according to Dicors instructions and as shown in their videos. I did a final roof cleaning 30 minutes after applying the cleaner/activator using a 3500psi pressure washer. The roof looked white and was very clean. I then waited three hours for the roof to dry in 75 degree sun and 10 to 15 mph wind. It went very well and after the second shift, which was finished around 4:00 p.m., it looked great. We had some dew that night but by 8am it was dry. We then had a cool day with high temperatures of 65 degrees and wind speeds of 15 to 20 miles per hour. The next two days the temperature was in the 40's and into the 60's and it rained lightly, less than 0.10 inches for the next 36 hours. I wanted to apply a third coat as I had enough product for full coverage. As the weather warmed up I went to the roof to check that it was dry and found that over half the roof had blisters. I don't know why he did it, but it was totally unexpected. The product had enough time to cure before it started raining and the prep work was exactly as stated in the instructions. I don't think I should expect that from this product. Very disappointed!
