He decides when he wants to connect. 90% of the time you can see it in your Bluetooth list but you can't connect to the phone's Bluetooth or the divoom app. Works intermittently. It's fun when it actually works, but becomes a headache when it decides to disable Bluetooth. If you disconnect, you have to manually reconnect most of the time, the automatic connection is uneven at best. The sound quality is about as good as headphones at a gas station.
