Universal pizza peel. You can remove your hand to wash the shell. You can also make the arm twice as long by adding an extension. (Unfortunately this doesn't work for me. I have a small pizza oven and the shovel works fine without the extension. With the extension you can use it on a large professional oven.) The knife that comes with the shovel is good. , but not great (the curvature of the blade is too small.) The only negative I can find about the peel is that the dough sticks to it more than I would like (this happens before I put the pizza in the oven ). But I admit it's hard to rate. A lot depends on the test, so it's hard to say who's to blame.
