Tripped the first time, then the motor overload circuit tripped when the brushroll touched something. Even touching it with a finger would trigger the chain. Shame on Electrolux for such a sale. Even more shameful, however, is that they do it in China. The problem is most likely related to the horrible work of making the boards. Lots of soldering joints touching, bad soldering in general and probably some components got overheated during soldering. Honestly, how much of this thing can a burned out engine use? Electrolux should save some money and just ditch this overload feature and replace it with a traditional thermal switch. Be careful as you may or may not get lucky with your purchase.
