This product comes in a presentation box with product photos on the sides. Sorry I threw it away before writing this review. The product (2 electric grinders) is packed nicely and tightly in the box to withstand any rough treatment. Make sure you have "fresh" AAA batteries (the ones I had didn't work. I had to buy new ones) for the product to work! You have to rotate it almost every 90 degrees for it to work (gravity). watch the video And this product does not come with condiments, you need to bring your own to fill the container.
