I have a cat who used to lick her side compulsively before losing her hair. I bought it as an alternative to the Cone of Shame. Similar thoughts to other reviewers: The neck opening felt a little tight at first, but it fits her. She's still a bit confused from the whole thing - she walks and wiggles her legs every few steps - I don't think she likes that the leg holes fit well (ie she feels them rubbing as she walks). But it fits well and still serves its purpose of stopping compulsive grooming. I hope she understands this and gets used to it. She is 13 inches from neck to base of tail and weighs 10 pounds. I bought XXS and it suits her. It took me a hell of a long time to figure out what size to go based on torso length alone - I wish I could see the weight component in their fit guide just to have both values. I went ahead and put together a table of all the values that people were kind enough to list here when giving feedback on what they ordered for their pets and how it fits. Hope other people find this useful!
