Works well and my cat tolerates it better than the Kegel. My cat is 15lbs and is quite a big boy, the small size was a little tight, he had no problem using the litter box while carrying it. I have a cat who used to lick her side compulsively before losing her hair. I bought it as an alternative to the Cone of Shame.
