It REALLY helps with pain
I doubted the belt would help with my terrible pain but it did! I was in excruciating pain, could barely walk and stand for about 30 seconds, and could do most of the things I could do before. I can stand and walk longer, sit up straight, hold my daughter in my arms. I shoot at night and keep it during the day. Not uncomfortable over clothing and you can slip a shirt over it to cover it up when you go out.
