I received these sensors and was happy to try them on a smoker I just bought. Setting up and pairing the device/transmitter was very quick and easy. It's great to be able to leave the monitor on the kitchen table while the sensors are in the backyard. We ran a smoke session using all four temperature sensors. I noticed that one of the probes randomly jumped to over 500 degrees and the other probe read higher temperatures than the others (although all 4 probes were in the same cut of meat). After using them, I checked four probes in boiling condition. Water, and indeed one of the sensors was off at 25-30F. I couldn't get a picture of the other sensor randomly jumping in temperature. We only used the sensor(s) once - for a total of about 5 hours. We are disappointed with the inaccuracy of these probes. If they work, 5 stars for the price and ease of use. However, since we see the temperature drop on two of the four probes, we can only give 2 stars.
