I bought both the slim sport and thermal pants and ordered the larger one in a slim fit. I weigh 160 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches. Fits perfect for me Compression fit, fits me best, described as grippy but not tight, order XL in thermal, doesn't want a tight compression fit and again snags, just what I was hoping for, now I wear both types and am very happy I have Experienced with some other manufacturers of this type of shirts that the sizing charts are confusing at best and some are just plain wrong, but Devops is at the top. What Devops can do better now is buying their products the colors in their pre-defined choices and i would order more but i don't need another black seems like all or most of their packs come with black pl yus one or 2 other colors depending on if you buy 2 or 3 packs
